"The pineal gland of evolutionary older animals, such as lizards and amphibians, is also called the 'third' eye. Just like the two seeing eyes, the third eye possesses a lens, cornea, and retina. It is light-sensitive and helps regulate body temperature and skin coloration-two basic survival functions related to environmental light" ~ Rick Strassman
"The primordial spiral is the manifested world, while Akasha is the unmanifested, or
emptiness itself"
All of reality is an interplay between these two things; Yang and Yin, or consciousness and matter.
The spiral has often been represented by the snake, the downward current, while the bird or blooming lotus flower has represented the upward current or transcendence.
Your Kundalini Serpent is the healing energy, coiled at the base of your spine, and can unleash/awaken spontaneously, or through controlled activations. The energy moves up your chakras, hence why many saying, your kundalini rising, as it is activated, revealing to you all you need to know, to be the enlightened, divine being you were born to be. Each session leads to a new level of balance and harmony, inviting your divine feminine and divine masculine to fall into sync, as you face, clear, and learn from, all you no longer want to be, see or draw into your life.
The healing energy that is activated within, is your own most powerful force for maximising your health, wellbeing, and to bring your dormant abilities back online.
Serpents are symbols of rebirth, transformation and healing of the old, as we shed our 'skins' (e.g. fears, worries, traumas) and regenerate our mind, body and spirit, perfect, as this is what occurs when you awaken your kundalini.
Snakes and serpents are a continual and eternal renewal of life, so with each activation a new level of recovery, self-understanding, and self-love are born.
The ancient traditions taught that a human being can become a bridge extending from the outer to the inner, from gross to subtle, from the lower chakras to the higher chakras.
To balance the inner and the outer is what the Buddha called the middle way, or what Aristotle called the Golden Mean. You can be that bridge.
The full awakening of human consciousness and energy is the birthright of every individual on the planet.
In today's society we have lost the balance between the inner and the outer.
We are so distracted by the outer world of form, thoughts and ideas, that we no longer take time to connect to our inner worlds, the kingdom of heaven that is within"
The key is to not fear going into our fear. "Darkness within darkness, the key to all understanding", as Lao Tsu said. ~ Namaste
People all over the place are waking up fast, share these videos wherever you can, talk about this stuff with other people...a lot of people are scared to start the conversation...be the strong one!
I have woken several people myself. The frequencies used in the background of this video are meant to open up these chakras and raise your vibrations. instant thumbs up!!
I must thank the author/s who created these excellent video works!!
The meditation which the ancient Vedas refer to and which the Buddha and others rediscovered is specific because there is no goal, nothing to achieve. It is an endless process of unfolding. Observe reality "as it is" (start with your breathing and don't miss anything, no matter how subtle).
When the mind is completely still, focused solely on the content of the present moment, the physiology within you responds. The DMT experience is simply one of the phenomena of meditation, but not a goal.
Vipassana (Buddhism), Zen Buddhism or Taosim all offer great meditation techniques which will focus the mind and help cultivate the discipline required to explore the inner world. Vipassana or "insight" means literally seeing within and is a technique that I highly recommend.
All of these techniques only take you to the threshold.
Once you are connected to the source then you receive guidance from within and the technique itself can become an obstacle if you cling to it to give you visions and energy if it is being used.
The flow will slow or even stop unless it is being manifested into the world in some way.
The more you connect the inner world with the outer, the more the two will grow together.
Reality becomes more dreamlike, dreams become more real. So, my question to you is, how are you bringing these visions from the deep inner world into the outer? What are they doing for you / the world?
The book "DMT the Spirit Molecule" by Rick Strassman M.D. has more detail on this subject. (Click on Book Image below which takes you to Amazon)
Much of the scientific validation is limited due to the obvious necessity of cutting into someone's brain to find out if there are elevated DMT levels at moments of peak experience.
The subjective birth/rebirth experiences of those who are able to hold the 6th chakra in stillness through meditation, and the experiences of people using Ayahuasca and entheogens correspond.
This statement is most validated by one's inner experience.
Such a gift to have these resources publicly freely available - these are definitely the works of a clearly awoken being exhibiting right speech and right intention - Bodhisattva qualities are really exhibited by the tone and content of this great work thank you for honouring the traditions on the modern platform.
If one has the intention to utilise the energy there are a number of techniques from different traditions and systems some indicated at in these extraordinary series of videos others have been kept secret by key keepers because their methods can be hazardous if not understood and properly carried out under guidance from someone who has already followed them to a point of reasonable mastery- be warned there is much pseudo knowledge and potentially hazardous material that can be found and played without there- more than fingers get burned when Kundalini and via poorly taught tantra techniques are forced!
Daoist neigong and Neidan have some of the most effective and safer methods for those still looking for their suitable system- but Horses for Courses apply and proceed with due caution.
Finding a good teacher of the energy arts is vital yet challenging stage of development there are many charlatans out there and therefore many pitfalls along the path to freedom.
Do not force it is the best advice in a nutshell.
Kundalini is best gently coaxed patiently and with a lot of patience as it is method of self-mastery where enslavement and egoic rush or frustration can’t work! diligence and consistency of well-practiced method with guidance from a good teacher are vital.
Kundalini Tantra Yoga combines tantra and pranayama to activate Kundalini energy and promote healing. It raises, flows, and balances energy in the body, aiding natural healing.
The energy that sinks can circulate back up the spine via the energy body and thus revitalise the whole being on many levels.
However, the need for a good teacher in a well adhered to system cannot be underestimated.
Symbolism Of The Kundalini Snake
In tantric tradition kundalini is an aspect of Shakti.
Shakti is the divine feminine energy; she is energy in form and a personification of the universe. She is the creative force of Shiva, her consort, who is unchanged, formless and pure consciousness.
Shiva and Shakti are polarities yet their forces are forever in union, as one cannot exist without the other. Kundalini is therefore the Kundalini Shakti energy during her rise up through the chakras and, once the energy reaches the crown, it merges with pure consciousness to become the formless Shiva.
The channels connecting the chakra system are called the nadis. There are three nadis – the ida, pingala, and sushumna – that run along the spinal column and meet at each of the chakras.
Interestingly, these nadis form a pathway that interweaves around the spine similar to two serpents.
Chakras...
Most people has considered Pranayaam as complete yoga and devoted their time for the same and they do not make any effort to awaken their Kundalini and try to go beyond that.
One must notice that it is explained in detail about Kundalini awakening in Yoga scriptures but the yoga method is different.
Pranayaam is the primary in Yoga methods but Dhyan (meditation) is main in Tantra methods.
In Yoga one can blaze the fire in the navel through Pranayaam but in Tantra method one can blaze the fire with feelings which can awaken the Kundalini based in Mooladhar (Root Chakra) and which is considered the best to accomplish as it is closest to sacral.
Be warned though when the serpent energy is cultivated and increased using any tradition or system there are risks that can manifest in the form of psychosis or even physical disorders.
This happens when the increased energy meets a 'Restriction' or 'Deviation' in the body-mind complex- life traumas, beliefs and world-views can be the cause of an energetic fuse being blown.
Many many aspirants on the path who forced running before they could walk have come foul and been burned by the egos wish for greater power.
First, we must become cleansed of unskilful programs with mindful and compassionate self-awareness and self-healed by self-forgiveness before the channels can become open enough to facilitate the cosmic energies that wish to rise once the dragon has been awoken...
Safe onward journey fellow sparks of the Creators love!
